**Customer Service Administrator**
Our client is a well-established business based in Harrogate who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their supportive and professional team. This is a new role within the business to assist the customer service team with all communication regarding appointments, orders and queries.
Full time, salary £21,000-£24,000 p/a depending on experience plus excellent benefits including 25 days holiday + stats.
Responsibilities include:
- Booking appointments from incoming calls, updating the system with details
- Dairy management
- Quote creation
- Processing orders
- Updating CRM system
- Assisting with quote follow up if required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Well organised
