We are looking for someone to join our existing office based team to provide exceptional customer service and administration support for our residential customers.

This role is based on a 30-hour ish week between the hours of 9:00am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Hours to be confirmed. You will be based from Clear Vision HQ in Wide Lane, SO18 2HJ.

Essentially this role will work closely on customer service, dealing with new enquiries and liaising with the field based team, while also having responsibilities for ensuring we are on point with our after sales care and admin support. You will have a solid understanding of Office suite (or Mac equivalent). You will need to have a confident, friendly telephone manner, be able to work well in a team as well as autonomously and above all have a can-do attitude. You will need to have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage your own time effectively in order to deal with the demands of this role.

You will be tasked with reviewing residential customer accounts, ensuring payments are reconciled correctly and taking the initiative if gentle payment reminders are required. The key to this opportunity is having the ability to manage customer expectations in a firm and friendly manner.

You will also be responsible in providing our new customers with great a great aftercare service by following a documented procedure. This will involve ensuring we have the correct address and contact information. Following up with a phone call the day after the first clean, to ensure they are happy with the results and don’t need any further assistance, even recognising additional services we can offer & asking for online reviews etc.

There is real potential to grow within this role, expand on the current duties and feel like part of a team.
