We are seeking matchday stewards/ security.

We are committed to delivering exceptional matchday experiences for our fans, players, and staff. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Matchday Stewards to help maintain safety, security, and hospitality standards during our home games. Responsibilities: Crowd Management: Ensure safe and orderly entry and exit of spectators before, during, and after matches. Safety Assurance: Monitor and enforce stadium safety regulations to prevent hazards and maintain a secure environment for all attendees. Customer Service: Provide courteous and helpful assistance to fans, guiding them to their seats, facilities, and amenities as needed.

Emergency Response: Remain vigilant for potential emergencies, promptly responding to incidents and assisting with evacuations or first aid when necessary.

Conflict Resolution: Handle disputes or disruptive behavior among spectators professionally and diplomatically, defusing tensions and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow stewards, security personnel, and management to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth operations throughout the stadium.

Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with supervisors and colleagues, reporting any issues or concerns promptly. Requirements: Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and calmly in high-pressure situations, both verbally and non-verbally.

Customer-Focused Attitude: Friendly, approachable demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service to fans of all ages and backgrounds.

Physical Fitness: Capable of standing and walking for extended periods, as well as handling moderate physical tasks such as lifting barriers or assisting with crowd control.

Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues and follow instructions from supervisors to ensure the safety and success of matchday operations.

Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility to fulfill assigned duties on matchdays, including evenings and weekends.

Integrity: Trustworthy and discreet, with a commitment to upholding the values and reputation of the football club at all times.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
