**You will be based at our Wakefield site and will travel to all surrounding areas transporting patients to and from appointments.

- £22,370 per annum
- 37.5 hours in a week.

**Responsibilities of our Patient Driver**:
- Liaise with appointments team for patient’s movement
- Call patients to arrange transport requirements
- Collect and return patients from home or medical centres in the north east
- Assist patients with poor mobility on and off the transport
- Wheelchair patients in and out of the transport and in and out of home/premises
- Liaise with clinical team for stock movement, including collection and delivery of surgical instruments
- Ensure safe environment within the vehicle for transporting delicate equipment
This role will be based at the Wakefield clinic, however travel to other sites may be required on occasion and for training, we will pay all expenses occurred during travel off site.
