Kitchen Fitter/joiner

**FULL-TIME POSITION - WAKEFIELD BASED**

Dream Doors Wakefield, The UK’s Number 1 Kitchen Makeover Company, is looking for an Experience Kitchen Fitter / Joiner to Join our Wakefield Team.

The work involves anything from the installation of replacement worktops, to a door change to a fully fitted kitchen
- Mason’s mitre joint experience
- Basic plumbing
- Demonstratable experience within the carpentry/kitchen fitting industry
- Has own tools
- Keeps accurate records of customer authorisation and ensure all documentation is submitted to management on time
- Able to partake in heavy lifting
- Keeps company vehicle clean and ensure it is well-maintained, has fuel, oil and is ready to drive
- Communicates with customers by phone to update them of time of installations if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival
- Follows pre-planned route accurately without deviation from set course
- Maintains communication with management to be informed of any change of delivery, route or schedule
- Informs management of any obstructions to making safe, efficient installations on time
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Courteous
- Worktop installation experience
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Driver's Licence and no driving disqualifications within the last three years
- Problem-Solver
- Patient, pleasant and enthusiastic

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
