We currently have a vacancy for a **Transport Supervisor / Planner**. The main responsibilities of the role include supporting the Transport Manager in the following:

- Supervision of driving and office staff.
- Assist office staff in planning of the delivery schedule for 12 vehicles
- Overseeing daily deliveries and collections and any operational issues as they arise.
- Supporting the Transport Manager in ensuring all vehicles are maintained in accordance with current legislation and Company standards.
- Dealing with external contractors and suppliers such as agencies or equipment providers.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance within the area of work.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Experience of planning and vehicle routing.
- Transport Experience preferably is the Sameday Operations
- Good awareness of tachograph regulations and the Working Time Directive.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads.
