Senior Sales Consultant

We are Ventro, a market leading fire safety company, that are currently going through an exciting period of growth. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Senior Sales Consultant who thrives within a forward-thinking environment to help manage and inspire our growing team
**As a Senior Sales you will**:
- Meet and exceed targets through your individual sales performance.
- Lead a team of Sales Consultants/Business development executives reporting directly to you; ensuring team targets are hit.
- Providing coaching, leadership, and development to support your team.
- Report on teams’ performance to Sales Director.
- Attend appointments booked, identify opportunities, and provide solutions based on client need and help with closing deals.
- Use of CRM system to track opportunities.
- Develop new accounts and build relationships with the clients.
- Complete monthly 1-2-1’s with team members - providing feedback and reviewing performance.
- Prepare and deliver presentations via video conferencing platforms & face-to-face.
- Meet monthly and team sales targets and drive the motivation within the team.
