**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
As a Recovery Worker you will provide compassionate, person-centred and recovery focused care and support, which enables people to build their resilience, coping strategies and ability to self-manage their wellbeing. You will undertake partnership working, signposting and onwards referrals so that people attending the service can access all of the specialist, universal and targeted support.

Qualifications:
You must have a diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards this. Experience or an understanding of working with people with a variety of complex needs is essential for this role.
