We are looking for a part time or full time front of house member to join our friendly team at The Hind’s Head Hotel in Aldermaston.

- You can choose week day shifts or weekend shifts. Week day shifts start at 6.30am and weekends 7.30am. Finish times are flexible.

**Role responsibilities**
- Delivering consistently good customer service
- Serving breakfast to customers
- Checking customers out and ensuring room keys are returned
- Taking payments accurately
- Understanding and using our hotel system
- Keeping the venue clean and tidy at all times
- Following health and safety guidelines

**What do you need to apply?**
- Experience preferred however if you have a positive can do attitude and have good problem solving skills we would be happy to hear from you. We can provide full training
- Be trustworthy to complete opening procedures for the pub in the morning
- The right to work in the UK
- Have initiative in order to keep yourself busy on shift even during less busy periods
- Be friendly and outgoing and happy to strike up a conversation with our customers
- To be flexible - hospitality is not always predictable so flexibility is very helpful, although we may be able to work with applicants that have specific shift requirements. Feel free to ask us

We are ready to interview right away and will have shifts available with an immediate start.
