**_Blue Arrow is working in partnership with a leading manufacturer in Congleton CW12._**

**In your role you will be responsible for the following tasks**:

- Reacting quickly and safely to any issues that may arise while monitoring operations of the equipment
- Manual handling of products, packaging, specification checks
- Constantly observing all equipment ensuring correct use
- Troubleshooting and basic maintenance of production machinery
- Setting up of production equipment - prioritizing health and safety at all times.
- 3 Days on: 06:00 - 18:00_
- 3 Days off_
- 3 Nights on: 18:00 - 06:00_
- 3 Days off_
Due to the shift start and end times, you must have access to your own transport or live locally to Congleton. You must also be comfortable working 12 hour shifts.

The hourly rate for the full continental shift is **£13.67** - _earning you an annual salary of almost _**_£30000_**
- You will be paid weekly through Blue Arrow._
- An independent worker who can also work well as a part of a team
- Able to stay focused and motivated in a repetitive and targeted environment
- Flexible to work 3 on 3 off rotating shift pattern of 12-hour shifts
- Hardworking and reliable
