This is a new post being developed as part of the Trusts Community Mental HealthProgramme in line with NHS priorities. This will be based in dedicated teams across Devon Partnership Trust (North Devon, Exeter/East and Mid Devon, South and West Devon) which will deliver local assessment and treatment pathways for people aged 18-25y with personality disorders, or difficulties consistent with these. These teams will be developed jointly with the Psychology and Psychological Therapy (P&PT) services and Core Services (including Community Mental Health Teams and other community and in-patient services at a locality level) within the Trust, and the Trusts Specialist Personality Disorder Service (PDS). This is, as part of a Devon-wide model being developed with Livewell Southwest (covering the Plymouth area) to support co-ordinated and expanded resources for these service users.
