We are looking for a qualified or Allied Health Professional, with Older Peoples Mental Health experience to support the Memory Service providing enhanced clinical triage.

This exciting opportunity is a role with working from home opportunities. There is an expectation that you will attend a DPT base once a week
- base to be negotiated.

We have clinics in North Devon, South Devon and Exeter and you will also provide clinical oversight of patient and staff queries where appropriate under supervision from the Devon Memory Service Community Team Manager.
