Type of Position: Client Services Administrator - Liverpool
Pay: £24k - £28k

**Client Services Administrator - Liverpool**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Diary management to include booking and preparing for adviser meetings
- Answering telephone and dealing with post in/out
- Liaise with third parties, process new business enquiries, and following up with providers for funds and information
- Provide a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of communication with the team around you
- Preparing regulatory paperwork for advisers to take to client meetings and completing post meeting action points
- Submitting new business and fund transfers using bespoke software
- Carrying out fund switches and financial calculations for clients using specific systems and processes
- To deliver the highest standard of client care both internally and externally.
- Provide administrative support to the Advisers, including detailed meeting pack preparation, business submission, client requests, etc
- Liaison with providers
- To organise and host office visits and events, including coordinating the briefing and material
- Maintain accurate records of client correspondences using CRM systems
- Accurately update internal database systems

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working within the financial services industry
- IFA experience (desirable but not essential)
- Previous secretarial or administrative experience
- Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Use of Salesforce (desirable but not essential)
