The purpose of the role is to provide administration support for the day to day activities within the Procurement department.
**Responsibilities**
- Complete all Product Set-ups and Price Changes within agreed timescales
- Gather product specifications & images to support Product Set-ups within agreed timescales & provide to Business Support
- Co-ordinate Invoice Queries process
- Investigate invoice queries & provide Category Managers & Buyers will supporting documentation to help resolve queries
- Contact with suppliers and procurement team to resolve queries, as required
- Maintain Supplier contacts database
- Conduct and develop professional & meaningful relationships both internally and externally with suppliers where required.
- Manage sample requests for Category Managers & Buyers, Customers, tenders & Suppliers
You will be highly organised with exceptional administration skills negotiating skills.
