Our client a Housing association n is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Income Officer to join their team based in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a 3-month ongoing position, offering a competitive rate of £22.59 per hour umbrella.

**Key Responsibilities**: As an Income Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents have the support they need to sustain their tenancies. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Income Recovery**: Proactively managing rent arrears to minimise financial loss for both residents and the organisation.
- ** Advice and Support**: Providing financial advice and support to residents facing financial difficulties, helping them find solutions to maintain their tenancies.
- ** Monitoring Payments**: Monitoring and reconciling rent payments, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- ** Engagement**: Building positive relationships with residents and partner agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to income management.
