**Responsibilities will include**:
**Digital Community**:

- Sourcing feedback on members queries
- Optimizing members access and utilization of the platform
- Drafting and proofreading content (blog posts, webinar invitations, scripting etc.)
- Improvement of the user experience and interface
- Competitive landscape analysis
- Community Champion program coordination
- Work with data analyst to improve reporting

**Digital Engagement Program**:

- Direct customer outreach to follow up survey feedback
- Drafting and proofreading customer communication
- Supporting with ongoing projects
- Competitive landscape analysis
- Addressing customer queries
- Data and metrics monitoring

**Requirements**:

- In full time study in a relevant course (eg: Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Management etc.)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on cross-functional projects
- Solutions driven
- Additional language desirable
- Experience with video editing software (preferably DaVinci Resolve) desirable
