We're looking for Compliance and Administration Specialists to join our field operations and commercial account management teams. The day to day link between our field operations partner and Hallmark operations teams, you’ll execute operational plans ensuring the SLA’s, KPI’s and actions are achieved, issues appropriately escalated and actioned. You’ll contribute to the flawless delivery of field merchandising through accurate report management, data analysis and coordinating actions across cross functional teams. Coordinating and reporting on activities impacting circa 5000 retail locations, across the UK & Ireland, you’ll ensure our customers receive first-class, profitable field merchandising.

Your responsibilities will include:

- All reporting for field merchandising operations including SLA’s, KPI’s, contractual agreements, field activities, actions and issues
- Day to day contact for field operations partner and Hallmark operational teams to administer contractual obligations and advise on issues and operational challenges
- Support customer operations team with brief writing and image/data collation
- Contract compliance, data management, analysis and reporting, identifying patterns and supporting root cause analysis
- Manage and issue escalations internally with the interrogation and KPI measurement
- Continuously improving QC images to enact RESET activity with the Field Operations partner to ensure that Hallmarks customer expectations are met
- Identify, guide, advise and manage to completion agreed actions, issues and exceptions
- Manage feedback related to retail implementation, Hallmark operations and 3rd party field merchandising
- Provide a sharable output with the Field Operations Relationship Manager. Develop ways to use the data to identify patterns and support the identification of root cause.
- Build a close working relationship with the field Operations partners operations and account management team
- Work in partnership with the D&A team to develop Tableau reporting, supporting the development of the data relationship with Field Operations partner
- Super user on the field operations partner portals and Power Bi reporting
- Manage store openings and closers process with the customer operations team and Retail Operations Partner

These newly created roles will give you ample opportunity to showcase your pro-activity, resourcefulness and organisational skills. To be successful you will need:

- Previous experience of retail operations, ideally with understanding of field merchandising operations
- Previous experience of managing SLA’s, KPI’s and contract contractual obligations, would be a significant advantage
- Experience of creating and/or embedding new ways of working and simplified processes and procedures for field
- Essential experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, confident in creating graphs and management information
- Strong analytical skills, confident in using and interpreting data
- Experience or understanding of data visualization, dashboards and efficient reporting for multiple audiences, would be a significant advantage
- Keen to continuously develop data and analytics skills such as Tableau
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to keep plans on track through positive working relationships
- Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills, comfortable with multi-tasking and conflicting priorities
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
- An understanding of the impact of decisions on a field based teams and/or 3rd party relationships
- Great attention to detail and accuracy in presenting data
- Confident in challenging others to minimise risk to service delivery, without detriment to a positive working relationship
