**About the role**:
We are looking to recruit a Compliance Administrator who will:
Provide administrative support in delivery of an efficient and pro-active compliance service and contribute to the achievement of business and departmental objectives. This includes active implementation and participation in current and future service improvement initiatives whilst continuing to deliver a first-class customer service to our internal and external customers

Provide support to the Compliance Team and the wider Asset Management & Compliance service in general administrative tasks such as:

- uploading documents to the system
- cross checking as required
- chasing information especially around new developments and handovers
- meeting preparation
- minute taking, typing and circulation.
- servicing and documentation validation via location telephone audits

**About you**:
You will have:

- At least 1 years’ experience of administration (preferably in the Property sector)
- A strong background in a customer service
- Some knowledge of the care and housing sector is preferable, but not essential.
- The ability to work as part of a team and to contribute effectively, demonstrating a flexible approach, sharing best practice, and working with others towards shared goals and objectives to provide an effective and quality service.
- Genuine enthusiasm for providing a high standard of customer service and an ability to promote a positive attitude within the team.
- A strong customer focus with the desire and ability to deliver the highest standards of service and work to provide
