We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill a ** _Fund Regulatory Reporting Manager_** within our PGIM Investments - International Operations department. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership and innovation. Your expertise in emerging trends and practices will evoke stimulatingdiscussions around optimization and change to help keep our competitive edge. **Your Impact**:
As part of the firm’s global expansion, PGIM Investments International is looking to hire a Regulatory Fund Reporting Manager to bolster operational support for the regulatory compliance environment of the funds including on-going supervision of outsourcedservice providers; maintenance of the governance requirements of the funds and maintenance of the fund structure from a legal and regulatory point of view.
**Your Required Skills**:
- Oversight and governance of fund accounting related MiFID/PRIIPs regulatory reporting including:
- SRRI/SRI,
- Ongoing Charges,
- Transaction Costs,
- Performance Scenario Reporting
- EMT/EPT disclosures,
- Liaison with the Product, Fact Sheet and Client Service teams ensuring that disclosures and methodologies are compliant with regulations and industry practice with respect to regulatory disclosures in fund documents such as
- KIID/KID
- Fact Sheets
- Client Reporting
- Key point of contact for regulatory fund disclosures
- Respond to inbound regulatory focused inquiries
- Work with each investment Affiliate on reporting requests
- Fund governance support
- Internal management reporting
- Assist with project plans to help build the Fund Regulatory Reporting infrastructure
- Ad hoc projects as needed to help management execute against business plan(s)
- Assist with Investment & Client Reporting projects as required
- Support with factsheet/KIID production in high volume cycles
- Attending external seminars and forums on regulatory changes
- Minimum of 4-5 years of financial services experience, within a Fund Regulatory Reporting capacity
- Degree educated
- Strong technical knowledge of fund regulatory reporting
- Investment management industry regulatory reporting background
- Stakeholder management, internal and external relationships including outsourced providers
- High energy, enthusiastic, high quality interpersonal skills, especially influencing and communication skills
- Excellent attention to process and detail
- Ability to multitask, work collaboratively in team environment as well as independently as a self-starter at times
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
**Your Desired Skills**:
- In addition, extend the regulatory reporting framework to evidence oversight and governance of Solvency II, FDI, FATCA/CRS, VAG reporting oversight
- Oversight of local reporting requirements where the funds are registered or client reporting is required including Australian RG97, Canadian Reporting Fund Sales, Ontario & Quebec regulatory filings & assisting with capital markets participation fee paymentswhere applicable
