**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**
This is a brand-new exciting role which will work within our Oren Enviromental’s business, performing general sales support duties as well as general business support practices. It is an opportunity to build a great build a career in the Water industry.
In this role you will have the opportunity to evolve into Sales or Business Management.
Some of the key accountabilities of this position are:
- Contacting Customers / answering queries through various media (phone and electronically).
- Maintaining records, updating CRM database.
- Completing and supporting the production of various reports and quotations.
- Supporting Purchase Orders and Invoicing.
- Processing scheduling/feedback/timesheets and supporting various administration processes.
- Managing minutes, meeting invites, diaries.
- Supporting Marketing and Event functions.
- Customer & Site visits with team to learn our services to water utilities and commercial customers.
- Building excellent customer relationships, targeting zero complaints and an increasing positive customer engagement.
