- Supply Chain Coordinator**Reporting to**:

- Demand Planning Manager**Responsible for**:

- Managing end to end Purchase to Delivery process including document and physical product flow.
- Reporting on stock variances and identifying solutions to resolve the issues.
- Ensuring on time performance and supply adherence from the vendors in line with KPIs.
- Reporting on supply risks, delivery and stock issues impacting product availability.
- Key tasks:

- Processing POs for replenishment and buy to order flows
- Updating the system with accurate due dates
- Signing off stock and freight invoices
- Reporting on delays and issues with suppliers/forwarders
- Tracking PO's raised, delivered - stocked vs buy to order

Inbound
- Build supplier relationships to ensure on time in full order compliance
- Provide shipping documents to agents
- Provide warehouse of inbound details

Logistics
- Monitor shipments to ensure smooth delivery process with warehouses
- Highlight any shipment delays, issues to key stakeholders
- Ensure air freight is properly authorised in line with company policy

Systems
- Review and recommend improvements to quality of inbound information, liaise with 3PL and Internal team
- Update System Maintenance - MOQs, Vendor Changes

Stock control
- To provide stock take support to the business

Purchase orders
- Manage Buy to order and replenishment processes
- Review correct documentation required
- Monitor costs and margins associated for selective shipments
- Suggest areas of improvement to increase process efficiency, effectiveness and reduce costs on direct shipments
- Work closely with the export team on distributor orders

Suppliers
- Manage supplier on time performance vs KPIs and highlight risks to team.

Future Tasks (After 1 employee returns from Maternity)
- Provide Logistics support where required - freight quotes.
- Make recommendations for process improvements
- Log all shipments for global review and advice on improvement areas
- Stock reconciliation, root cause analysis and proposals for corrective actions
- Monthly reporting of nr of inbounds (containers, trucks), quantity and costs
- Document internal processes across inbound & logistics
