Sales Operations Co-ordinator

Coordination of customer sales enquiries and processing of customer orders through to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and professional promotion of the Company.
Principal Duties
1. Prepare and send quotations in response to customer inquiries.
2. Agree on delivery dates for inquiries, sales, and orders received.
3. All sales order processing functions (input orders, acknowledge, maintain, and invoice), including customer order progression to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate orders with Sales Operations Planners and internal departments.
5. Prepare export shipments, liaise with carriers, and complete transport/LOC documents as needed.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that they are handled professionally and positively.
7. Administrative assistance to Sales Operations Planners.
8. As time allows, perform other sales operation functions as needed.
