**The role is to interact with both existing and new customers and clients in the promotion of our services, developing, strengthening, and exploring all opportunities whilst creating new prospects for the business. As a support for management, this role delivers a high standard of service and communication, via direct accountability to key clients and accounts. In addition, this role will be responsible for all related onsite operational supportive tasks, key to ensuring compliance with all training centre procedures.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Training Centre Management with day to day administration within the training centre.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the CTS course portfolio, pricing structure, accrediting body requirements and specific client competency matrices to effectively answer questions.
- Support tenders and proposals for new business, using the standard document template, Including setting up new customer accounts.
- Liaising with Group Finance officers to support payments and additional transactional enquiries.
- Ensure Booking system is up to date with all course availability, stock and updated information.
- Preparing all required course documentation for the operations team, to issue to onsite delegates prior to the commencement of a course.
- Co-ordinating the arrival of all delegates and visitors, including handling late arrivals, no shows, and special requests on the day of the course.
- Carryout all course completions procedures, for example certificate preparedness, collation of course documentation and archiving.
- Any other reasonable duties as directed.

**Essential**
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to tailor communication style and support complex internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in face-to-face, telephone and digital contact with customers.
- Excellent planning and organising skills.
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office packages including, Outlook, Word, Excel.

**Desirable**
- Previous experience within a training envioronment.
- Experience creating written proposals and customer specific documentation.
- Experience in the maritime, renewables, oil and gas sectors.
