Are you a Operations Tour Coordinator looking for a new challenge? We are Tour Operator, providing sporting and cultural tours to destinations all over the world, as well as operating inbound tours to Europe and the UK. Due to its expansion, we are recruitingfor an additional Operations Tour Coordinator. This role would suit someone with a passion for travel and sport.

The Job:

- Working with the existing Operations department to deliver tours to the client
- Successfully managing the administration of the tour for each customer
- Managing the customer relationship from sale until the group returns
- Working with ground handlers and suppliers
- Managing group airline and accommodation relationships (passenger manifests, rooming lists, etc.)
- Building a network of providers in different countries
- Having overall responsibility for the arrangement of sports fixtures

Skills required:

- Existing or previous experience working with groups is a great advantage
- A wide knowledge and understanding of sport is important
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- CRM experience beneficial
- Excellent understanding of logistics
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
- Proven numeracy skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
- Strong work ethic, including ability to work outside usual office hours if necessary

The Package:

- Salary range: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on skills, experience and qualifications.
