Operations Management Coordinator

Job Description:
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of project management activities at TechNET IT Recruitment Ltd. This includes supporting a diverse range of projects and programmes, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Process and track project demands, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain governance controls and document management systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Monitor delivery milestones, resource utilisation, and escalate any gaps or issues promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reporting materials and coordinate internal and client meetings effectively.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a PMO Analyst role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
- Proven experience in managing projects, tracking milestones, and reporting.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation Package:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
