Job Description:

As a PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of project management activities at TechNET IT Recruitment Ltd. This includes supporting a diverse range of projects and programmes, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Process and track project demands, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  2. Maintain governance controls and document management systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  3. Monitor delivery milestones, resource utilisation, and escalate any gaps or issues promptly.
  4. Prepare comprehensive reporting materials and coordinate internal and client meetings effectively.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a PMO Analyst role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools like MS Teams and SharePoint.
  • Proven experience in managing projects, tracking milestones, and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package:
