**The Role**:
We are seeking a HR Advisor to join the People team here at MBNL. This will initially be on a 4-month contract based in our Reading head office 5 days per week.

This role provides leads on HR projects, manages the full lifecycle of ER cases, and provides HR support across the organisation.

**What you can expect to be doing**:

- Leading on employee consultations - individually or collectively
- Collaborating with the wider People team on insourcing projects
- Employee facing
- Managing and following HR processes in accordance with employment law
- Employee relations

**What we are looking for**:

- Ability to manage ER cases
- Experience in employee consultations
- Understanding of employment law
- Experience in any of the following: TUE, redundancies, or ER Processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel skills
