**The Role**
- Ensure SECOM operating system is updated, and requests are logged with ALL relevant information.
- Organises after-hours requests and navigates through SECOM's operating platform using map-based planning.
- Manages engineers' workflow during non-business hours to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Regularly reviews reactive call queues outside of working hours to ensure requests are managed proactively.
- Cross referencing of SECOM operating platform
- Ensure daily handovers are communicated to management along with any further reporting required.
- Offer support or cover for the Call Planner as per business requirements, ensuring all Planner responsibilities and tasks are adhered to.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in a customer service or call centre role, with a demonstrated ability to deliver first-class customer service.
- Experience or ability to quickly learn and utilise operational platforms to enhance customer service and manage workflows.
- Capability to ensure continuous service provision and manage engineers' on-call schedules efficiently, particularly outside of standard working hours.
- Ability to dissect problems/challenges and seek effective resolutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work cohesively within a team or individually.
