They are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our them as a remote **Development Coach.**

**What will it involve?**

As an Assessor, you'll be at the forefront of then learner journey delivering **Early Years qualifications up to level 5. ** You will inspire and guide your learners, fostering an environment of continuous growth. You will support your learners to achieve their Functional Skills level 2 in English & Maths if they do not hold these on entry. This is predominately a home-based role however; you must be willing to travel when required to support learners in your given area.

You will need to have a passion for training and a knowledge of the apprenticeship framework. You will be a great problem solver, be professional, approachable, enthusiastic and confident.

You should hold an assessing (CAVA/D23/A1) and Teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent). We need you to hold a recognised Early Years/Childcare qualification.
