- Experience of working in a public/patient facing role
- Previous work in a team
- Experience of managing and prioritising own workload and working to deadlines

**Desirable criteria**:

- Previous PAS/Cerner experience

**Skills and aptitudes**:

- Computer literate
- Fast, accurate typing skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Excellent customer care skills including ability to use judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Experience of using own initiative to help solve a problem or improve a service
- Ability to work alone and part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the service
