**Company profile - Real Estate Consultancy**
In this Business Development Executive role, you will be joining an established and rapidly growing commercial real estate consultancy based in central London. They provide expert consulting to businesses in areas such as business rates, lease agreements and strategical real estate planning.

Commercial property is an essential business component for most organisations - it can represent a major fixed cost, an asset, an integral part of the brand, and a host of challenges (and opportunities). As a property consultancy and chartered surveyor, our client enables companies to view this property in a strategic context, reduce pain (financial and hassle), acquire the right space on the best terms, prepare a game-plan for negotiating reduced lease costs, and reduce business rates.

**Job description - Sales Consultant**
This is a business-to-business sales role where you will be using a targeted approach to reach out to selected prospects, that have been identified by the surveyors. You will make calls to senior executives, explaining the background property context and how you can assist them in a professional advisory capacity. Building rapport an trust with key decision makers, you will aim to set up meetings between them and your ratings surveyor.

You’ll work closely with a senior Partner, who has over 30 years experience in business development and will be providing 1-to-1 mentorship.

**Key responsibilities - Sales Consultant**
- In this Business Development Executive job, your responsibilities will include:_
- Making calls to key decision makers to explain background property context and how you can assist them in a professional advisory capacity
- Building rapport and trust with key decision makers
- Arranging informal Teams calls or in person meetings for the rating surveyors with the decision makers at target occupiers.
- Conduct background research on target companies and identify decision maker contact information
- To develop a good understanding of business rates matters and about the commercial property market and leasing space in general. Organized in maintaining and updating the CRM for tracking new business pursuits

- Comfortable on the phone and target driven
- Keen to develop a career in sales
- You are resilient and able to bounce back when faced with a challenge or objection
