Consultant Community Paediatrician Special

We are based in bases at the Peacock Centre, Brookfields Hospital in Cambridge, The Oaktree Centre in Huntingdon, New Horse Fair Clinic in Wisbech and Alan Conway Court in Doddington Hospital as well as the CDC in Addenbrookes hospital. We are a team of 8 consultants and 6 Specialist/Specialty doctor, an 8B Psychologist and a band 7 nurse. We work closely together with collocated therapy and nursing teams and have close working links with Education (SEND services), CAMH, Learning disability and local acute sector, Cambridge University Hospital and NWAFT. We are an enthusiastic group of clinicians who are committed to improving the life outcomes of these children and families.
We are research active and support the education of medical students, Community and Neurodisability Grid trainees. We consistently receive good feedback from trainees.CCS was rated as outstanding at the last CQC inspection. See detailed job description attached.
