We are looking for a **Grounds Assistant **to join our team at** Seaview Holiday Home Park **in** Gwespyr, Flintshire. **_Hourly rate of £11.44_

This is a **permanent **position to work **part time** hours. The working days will be Monday 7:30am - 4pm, Tuesday 8am - 4:30pm, Wednesday 8am - 4:30pm and Thursday 8am - 12pm.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

**About The Role**

**Main responsibilities**:
The successful Grounds Assistant will
- Respond to requests from guests on site.
- Assist the grounds team to ensure the appearance of the retreat is kept up to its five star standard.
- Assist with grass cutting and strimming, edging and weeding borders and also clearing pathways.
- Ensure the retreat is kept clear and free of debris.

**Requirements**:
Previous maintenance / grounds experience is an advantage. Positive work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. A driving licence and the ability to drive is essential for this role due to the use the site buggies / vehicles.
