**Job Title**: Hot Tub Assistant

**Reports to**: Maintenance and Hot Tub Supervisor

**Based at**: Pennant Park, Holywell

**Description and Purpose of Role**

As a hot tub assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of hot tubs for guest arrival, contributing to their overall holiday experience. On a day-today basis you will:

- Clean and sanitise hot tubs in accordance with the company standards prior the guest arrivals
- Ensure that hot tubs are filled, heated and equipped with necessary accessories
- Perform routine maintenance checks to identify and address any issues promptly
- Monitor and maintain chemical levels in hot tubs to ensure water safety
- Interact with guests to provide assistance and information on hot tub usage and safety guidance
- Adhere to health and safety requirements, in particular chemicals
- Assist with various other tasks on park, such as ground maintenance, where required

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of hot tubs maintenance would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
- A friendly and approachable manner with a genuine interest in talking with guests
- Someone who can work within a small team
- The ability to perform the physical tasks required as part of this role, specifically the lifting of hot tub lids/covers
