**JOB ROLE**
- To ensure the integrity of our products, customers and brands is always maintained, as suitable to the role and defined in relevant procedures
- Organise all daily transport requirements with the dedicated partner as outline by the Group Logistics Manager
- Liaise with transport provider if there are any break downs with their trailers
- Raise transport Purchase Orders in line with the agreed price card as per issued by the Group Logistics Manager
- Complete all required documentation for all outbound and inbound incoming shipments as required. This may involve uploading to hauler portal
- Picking, scanning, and loading of orders as required
- Completion of stock takes as required
- Operating vehicles as required. Training will be available as required and all operators must have a in date approved licence before operating any vehicle.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C or equivalent, combined with previous experience in a similar role
- Outgoing and self-confident with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge and experience of IT systems
- Invoicing experience will be an advantage
- Able to work effectively in a team and on own initiative
- Ability to develop effective and close working relationships with other departments
- Flexible approach to working hours
