**We are looking for a School Caretaker to join our brand-new team at our New Options School -Burgess Hill.**
The caretaker will contribute to the growth and development of our New Options School and will lead on the delivery of providing a warm, safe, and secure environment in which all learners are able to thrive.
This is a great opportunity for a caretaker who wants to influence the outcomes for students with autism and various complex needs. Your work will be challenging and rewarding in equal measure, and you will be working in a school where we maintain a strong safeguardingculture, where pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.

**About us**
Our New Options School is in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. Burgess Hill is just on the West Sussex side of the border and just across the county boundary of East Sussex. Brighton and Hove are a short drive and just northeast of Chichester. The A23 is the London-BrightonTrunk Road and runs to the west of the town. The A23 is connected to Burgess Hill via the A2300.
Our new specialist school will cater for young people with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs and has the capacity for c60 students.
For over 16 years, Options Autism have provided care and education to children, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties.
