**The Role**:
At Leicester Tigers, we are excited to announce that an opportunity has opened up to work within our Ticketing department, as a Ticket Office Team Leader.

**Main Tasks and Areas of Responsibility**:
To assist the Ticket Office and Group Days Manager to maximise revenues and attendance through the sale of various match day products, services and events. Providing the highest standard of customer service at all times, and consistently representing Leicester Tigers in a positive and professional manner with the following key activities:

- To work with the Ticket Office and Group Days Manager to maximise revenue for each of the products by pro-active up-selling and cross selling, including lead generation and outbound calls when required
- To assist the Ticket Office and Group Days Manager in the organisation and administration of the Group Days team, ensuring sales targets are met and matchday activities are performed to the highest possible standard
- To support the Ticket Office and Group Days Manager in delivering the annual marketing plan including input on pricing strategies for the ‘progressional’ pricing policy adopted
- To lead the monitoring of the call centre and day to day administration of the ticket office
- To continually support the Ticket Office and Group Days Manager in the development and management of the ticketing system and processes
- To handle any queries and complaints and deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner and to ensure service excellence is maintained at all times
- To attend on match days, weekends and evenings when necessary, including road shows and to carry out any other duties and tasks required by management, which are within the post-holder’s capabilities
- To assist in Tigers vision to make Leicester Tigers the best rugby team in the world
