- Portfolio Businesses is a division within Business. It comprises of a number of businesses that operate independently delivering end-to-end solutions for discrete sets of customers. The Directory Management Professional role supports the Directory services business. The role holder will have experience in understanding of regulatory code with respect to Directory Information and technical ability to receive, check and manipulate data to create the Directories which are part of BTs Ofcom obligation.- The role holder will also have experience in helping to manage, update and co-ordinate plans which have been laid out as part of the Phone Book closure and future Directory Provision - ensuring that systems, Billing and data are managed and ceased according to plan.**Accountabilities**
- Production of the 168 directories and to make them available for on demand ordering by consumers
- Manage / Balance on demand printing and ensuring stock within Northallerton / required fulfilment process
- Help co-ordinate and manage data queries within Directory Solutions
- Co-ordinate with TCS on the run down plan for legacy systems - escalating where issues
- Co-ordinate with GDPR plans for data retention
- To ensure the billing cease plan is carried out on time
- To support queries from Billing
- Report on volumes of directories being ordered to Snr Manager

**Skills required for the job**
- Data manipulation and creation
- Understanding of Directory data and regulatory requirements
- Planning and managing a plan
- Ability to work with internal & external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales whilst maintaining accuracy.
