**Salary: £20,972 - £21,404**
**Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 37 hours

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Student Services Assistant to be based at our Ashley Down centre.
**About the role**:
You will work as part of our Hub team delivering customer services and advice and guidance to prospective and current students. Services are delivered, whether in person, by telephone or electronically, ensuring that learners are provided with appropriate information to access learning opportunities.
You will efficiently deliver key Hub Services, to create an environment where high standards of customer service are cultivated and celebrated. You will also be responsible for supporting the promotion of the Hub as a one stop shop for student support.
