Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.
The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Licensing Administrator.
Main responsibilities in this role will include:
- Filing of correspondence and premises licenses
- Logging premises licenses details onto a case management system
- Photocopying, certifying and posting premises licenses to clients
- Scanning and saving all premises licenses and gaming permits/notifications to case management system
- Supporting the licensing team in terms of additional administration
- Maintaining up to date data on spreadsheets
The Person:
For this role, our client is looking for someone who has previous experience gained in a legal administration, as well as this licensing experience would be desirable but not essential. They are looking for someone with great people and IT skills who is a team player
