**Interim Project Support Officer | Harrogate | Part-time (18hrs per week) - Hybrid Working **

**Client**:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a public sector organisation in Harrogate, to recruit an Interim Project Support Officer on a part-time basis.

The organisation operates a hybrid working policy with ability to work from home as and when required.

This position would suit an individual with extensive digital experience (running online sessions, providing support to stakeholders via MS Teams etc), an ability to write social media content and newsletters and a track record of running/supporting projects.

**Role**:

- Work with Improvement and Transformation, Communications and PMO colleagues to plan a colleague engagement programme of activity
- Plan, organise and support engagement activity across a range of stakeholders within the organisation
- Plan, manage and organise all technical, logístical and administrative aspects of the above using tested lean-based approaches
- Analyse feedback from engagement activity to inform summary reports, including visual presentation of data in slides, reports and infographics
- Provide reporting on the status of the engagement work, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, opportunities etc, working closely with PMO colleagues, as required
- Work with other Project Support Officers to provide project support into other projects and programmes as may be required

**The individual**:

- Public or Private sector background
- Digital experience (knowledge of running online sessions, providing support via MS teams etc)
- Good written communication skills
- Evidence of supporting/organising large events and projects
