**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, escalating issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Booking Management**: Assist customers with booking and scheduling transport services, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and customer experience.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- **Communication**: Liaise with drivers and other staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- **Sales Support**: Promote additional services and special offers to customers, enhancing their experience and increasing sales.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends to help identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in customer service, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and holidays if required.
