**Job Purpose**
- Lead an established firm of accountants with efficient processes and systems in place, taking the wheel and driving further business growth.
- Deliver a commercially focused strategy, championing service excellence.
- Nurturing talent and motivating those around you, scoping professional development opportunities.
- Mentor junior staff through training and knowledge sharing.
- Overseeing deliverables and ensuring accuracy, monitoring budgets and deadlines.
- Ensuring compliance of statutory obligations, working with the Risk and Compliance team.
- Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients.
- Representing the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities.
- Nurture trusted and long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Set an example for the team as a natural leader.

**Job Requirements**
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with extensive practice experience.
