This organization invests massively in young people, previously taking on apprentices in Admin, IT, Marketing. You will be engaging in many other departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the setup of Wildix and Sip Trunk Call Manager and occupying phone numbers
- Managing helpdesk for asset management and troubleshooting for internal customers
- Setup, maintaining and repairing of office IT equipment for employees
- Maintaining company websites and social media
- Maintenance of CRM once installed and running
- Full training will be provided

**Salary**:
£12,740 - £14,560 per annum

**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
