Job Description

As an ICT Professional in Edinburgh, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ICT support to staff and students across multiple sites. This includes providing technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and permissions, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of classroom technology and AV equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-line ICT support to staff and students
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the network
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within a Microsoft environment
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of classroom technology and AV equipment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in an ICT technician role, preferably in a school or educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems and network troubleshooting
  • A full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle (travel expenses covered)
