About This Opportunity

Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of project management and programme management services in our Glasgow office.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with Business Unit Directors to achieve business objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and engagement
  • Delivering high-quality services and results that meet customer requirements
  • Managing projects and programmes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to procedures
  • Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent, or project manager
  • Developing and presenting reports to customers
  • Mentoring and coaching employees to help them reach their full potential
  • Preparing bids for services and managing service delivery for profit
  • Providing prompt updates to directors on any issues affecting projects, particularly those impacting professional indemnity insurance

About You

We're Looking For Individuals With:

  • Proven experience in project management and/or programme management after qualification
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of project management techniques
  • Ability to administer construction contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent, and/or Project Manager
  • Clear understanding of legislation affecting building contracts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous approach to work and ability to absorb complex information
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, financial, and numerical skills
  • Sound ICT skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage teams

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
  • MAPM (Member of the Association of Project Managers)
  • MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders)

Salary: Approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
