**The Role**
The role is customer facing, with the responsibility of ensuring the smooth operation of the Sales Office, liaising with the Sales and Marketing Manager to ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience and help grow the Business. Responsible for the orders from receipt through to delivery, you will see the whole process through and contribute directly to the success of the Business
This is a fast-paced team environment, where we need someone who can make things happen whilst having a passion for Customer Service, get things done and be part of a team.
**About us**
Based in our head office in Spilsby, Moschatel specializes in the garment decoration business predominantly in the transfer business and aiding our other business Nationwide School Uniforms with embroidery. The role is focused on the transfer and printing arm of the business, an area we are looking to grow.
We have built up and enviable reputation for the quality of our work with over 30 years of experience we know what it takes to succeed, and this position is a key part of plans.
**About you**
You’ll be highly organised and capable of running multiple tasks simultaneously. A clear thinker, who can quickly find logical, cost-effective, efficient solution to issues and be proactive thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and people skills are a must and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
**Benefits**
In addition to a salary within the range of £24,000 to £29,000 there is free onsite parking, and the support of the team. With a focus on internal promotion there is always the opportunity to proceed, and there is ongoing training and development to help you develop your career.
