Recruit Mint are recruiting for a permanent Operations Administrator for our manufacturing client based in East Kirkby, Lincolnshire.

Are you a self-starter who can work on their own initiative that has the experience of working in a busy, multi-functional office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls to assist customers and internal personnel with quotes and enquiries, transferring to the relevant departments as required.
- Liaise with customers and logistic companies through proactive and reactive contact calls to ensure a satisfactory delivery service for the end customer.
- Administration of daily collections and deliveries, ensuring that the paperwork is completed in an accurate manner.
- Main point of contact for the East Kirkby site to liaise with various departments at Head Office such as HR, Payroll, Production and Stores.
- Administration of stock return process, goods received, quality, compliance including GDPR and all relevant filing of the documentation.
- Lead the encouragement of a tidy and organised working office environment.
- Offer excellent customer service at all times whilst building positive working relationships with external and internal personnel.
- Manage the booking system for the meeting room, procure stationery and maintain acceptable levels within the set budget guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures and H&S instructions.
- Maintain all customer records, produce reports and provide proof of delivery notes (PODs) upon request.

**Key skills required for the role**:

- 5 GCSE’s (A-C) to include Maths and English.
- At least 2 years' experience in a busy customer facing role.
- Experience of computerised sales and/or purchasing systems.
- Excellent organisational abilities.
- An ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and workload.
