About the role:

  • To be able to both contribute towards and independently design recording systems, using appropriate formulas and other facilities available.
  • Word processing of documents, for example, reports, letters etc. maintaining the Linkage corporate style. Distribute processed documents to appropriate correspondents.
  • To implement and sustain an electronic system for RM holidays, taking into account their entitlement and their covering manager's availability.
  • To maintain the On Call Rota's for residential care and senior management, ensuring that there is a sufficient cover throughout the year, and notifying relevant parties of amendments.
  • To develop and maintain paperbased/electronic records as appropriate.
  • To be the first point of contact for the Operations Manager, to both internal and external bodies.
  • To provide administrative support for the Director of Care, in the absence of the PA.
  • To be able to complete and send set notification forms to CQC, ensuring these are filled out correctly and in accordance to CQC procedure.
  • Update and maintain service user information on a database.
  • Filing and photocopying as required.
  • Providing other support and assistance to colleagues as and when appropriate.

About you:

  • Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be Numerate, literate and accurate.
