Reflex Systems is a provider of integrated systems for security, fire and associated building intelligence with over 35 years’ experience. Based Hellaby Industrial Estate, Rotherham with easy access to motorway network and public transport and looking to recruit a Project Administrator. The role will provide administration support to the project management team and operational managers to aid the delivery of small to large projects.

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Create electronic project files and documentation, managing the administration requirements throughout the process of the job
- Plan and attend project meetings taking minutes ensuring agreed actions are met
- Schedule, update and monitor resource planners
- Prepare engineering work packs
- Update electronic systems with accurate ‘as fitted’ information
- Provide work-in-progress financial status reports using Excel
- Process job completion paperwork in line with quality and compliance standards

**Person Specification**
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with analytical and numerical abilities
- Unfazed by tight deadlines and conflicting priorities remaining calm and collected under pressure with a positive and flexible attitude
- Confident communicator with people at all levels
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent IT skills and competent in IT processes including Excel and Word.

Previous experience in a commercial contracting / construction environment would be advantageous

Experience working to quality standards, processes and procedures would also be advantageous

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
