**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities** **required**
- Co-ordination and processing of all group marketplace orders of large well known brands including Amazon ensuring all processes are followed
- Raising orders within marketplace platforms
- Marketplace stock reviews and replenishment
- Preparing stock in accordance with Marketplace requirement, ie, barcode labelling and bagging of some items
- Arranging courier collections
- Strict record keeping in accordance with the company processes
- Monitoring listings for account health and raising issues and errors
- Ensuring listings are consistent with website and brand
- Listing new products in accordance with platform and company processes
- Monitoring group marketplace stores and competitive behaviour such as pricing and new product opportunities
- Weekly KPI performance reporting and presenting to the management teams

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum years of administration experience
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Proficient IT skills
- Good oral communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative

Flexible Full-time hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday office / warehouse based

Expected start date: March 2024

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
